I'm thinking about adding some to one of my members areas, you know the sort of thing, pay-per-view, live-chat, dvd/toy store etc.

Anyone making cash with this or does it just piss members off 'cause they've already paid?

I have AEBN inside my members area. I charge my Members and tell them "Look, I am not rich, I am a poo mofo and can't afford to pay for the bandwidth.. bla bla bla.. . And I make a few hun per month on that.. They also offer upsells.. etc

I think most sites overact it.
They promisse you tons of live shows, live chat with camgirls and whatever but with most sites you have to pay extra for that!
Being honest to your surfers and give them what they expect will keep them longer.
