Geographical banner script like Fling
I am looking for a Geographical php script of javascript, or whatever is easier. For an jpg image. Similar to what Fling! has setup. I am sure a bunch of other sponsors have them too, but I just remembered fling off the top of my head.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?? |

There are no "prewritten" scripts for that. Hire a coder and build one. It's just a GEOIP database and dynamic .jpg writing. Not terribly difficult.
