Pretty standard annoying amateur layout, to be frank. It leaves me with the feeling like I've seen the site before, and makes me wonder why the hell I came back.
On an unrelated note... ".ORG"? That doesn't look like the website for a non-profit organization to me. I'm sure it's not illegal, but it seems kindof silly. Why not just get an equally good .com?
