    Future GFY'ers arrested

    Two dumb ass teens decided to pull a "prank" and now face 25 years in jail.

    They took smoke bombs that looked like sticks of dynamite, broke into their school and placed them in the lockers of friends.

    Their bitch ass lawyer on CNN actually said..."these were just smoke bombs, they were only going to emit like pink and gray smoke."

    Just imagine, that's two less gallery submitters you guys have to compete with.

                      Depends on how likely the smoke bombs were to start a fire. Breaking and entering isn't good either. On the other hand, they didn't assault or kill anyone, 25 is a little harsh.

                          If someone opened that locker and considered there to be dynamite sitting in front of them, that's "assault."

                          Legal "Assault" is simply the offer of violence... and, again legally, it's usually interpreted from the victim's point of view.
