Earliest I've seen was called "Sphincter Lickin Good". Saw it when I worked at msquared productions when me and the video guy there were going through some old tapes looking for something.

It wasn't the first, that is for sure. I saw it at the old Pussycat Theatre, and that theatre was old by the time I went there in the early 70's.

That guy did not know WTF he was talking about.

I remember going to a party that SexEntertain had about 6 years ago where they showed some very old porn that had to be from the 40's at least.
