They should disclose what they are doing with the money and how much they are taking in. I have not seen a hell of a lot of bang for the buck. If they were to show what they were actually doing to help us, I would happily send them more money if I thought they were really going to bat for us.

What I find wierd is that if anyone really tried to have the press catch on to that porn has lobbiest, they would jump on it and spread light on many issues.

Sex sells and the news gladly uses sex stories to get views.

I have to say I'm disappointed with the progress the FSC has done in the last couple of years. The laws got worse and they haven't done much about it.

I would also like them to post more useful newsletter and guidelines about how we should all run our sites. And the legal updates could be better. They should come from them and not just links to AVN.

I'm glad they exist and I donate every month no problem but I'm not that exctied with the work they have done so far. Sorry.

If they are a true 501(C)(3) charitable corporation, they would have to file some public audited information as well on their income and expeditures. Anyone here know how their corporation is set up and in what state?

California has very strict laws in regards to filing for a 501(C)(3) charitable corp, as they also have the most aggresive secondary filings required not by the Federal government, but to the state as well. The application process alone is just plain silly when considering the amount of work to get approved. If anyone cared enough, some answers could be found, moreso specifically if you are a donating party.
