				Server question (I think)
I have a friend who asked me about this problem he's having and I don't really know about servers or any backend stuff, so here goes. His site comes up if you type http://www.sitenamehere.com but not if you just type in http://sitenamehere.com What gives? Anything he can fix easily? |

				 | I'm not sure what type of servers they have. They have them inhouse and apparently have some nitwit IT guy. I'll pass on the info though. |

				 | dns may also be the problem, he might have an A record for www.domain.com but no A record for domain.com, the other possibility is whether or not its in the httpd.conf file both names need to named there
