Yes, there are people running on NATS v4, tho a small number and no I'm not listing them. :) The roll out is starting to also pick up some steam.

I'd rather start them off slowly than mess them up. NATS v4 is a totally new system and its not a straight move over. You certainly wouldn't be happy if all of a sudden a program was upgraded and your stats were wrong.
