i've heard good things about chickentraffic
but does anyone know how well it works for ethnic sites?

Choker would be the guy to ask about how his traffic does on ethnic sites. He sends hits from a variety of sites including free and tgp, and gets traffic from a wide variety of sources. He is quite picky about where he gets his traffic from, and also to whom he send it to. Productivity is pretty good.
