If he had lost weight more slowly he might not have so much loose skin. Shame.

I was drinking hot chocolate while looking at those pics. Now I don't think I want my hot chocolate anymore.

You can lose weight fast and not have saggy skin like that - new mothers do it millions of times a year :)

He lost a HUGE amount of weight and he was probably large for a long period of time. Even being young with good "skin genetics" I don't think would have helped him.

Amazing transformation - I'm now going to eat Wheat Thins and light cheese for lunch instead of fast food!!
