We had an issue with a virtual cluster and some virtual plans were effected. This has been fixed.

This is the first I've heard of any downtime. My sites have been up with no problems. As a matter of fact I've had coders installing and testing new apps for the past 18 hours. I think I'd know if there was any kind of downtime.
