Electronic evidence anchors porn case
A Rochester, N.Y., federal judge on Thursday sentenced a former Xerox engineer accused of trafficking in child pornography to nearly four years in prison.

Scary stuff.
All of the evidence was tampered with by the government and yet the conviction was allowed to stand? That's not good news for webmasters or anyone who uses a computer. |
