Well the publication probably didn't make any money compared to the constant waves of litigation.

The print publication business has been hurting for a long time.. Why read something that is a month old when you can get your news and stories on the fly online..

Before I quit running stores magazine sales plummeted around 2001 on. Previous to this we used to get 200 copies of Hustler each month and they were gone by the second week. By late 2005 we were lucky to sell 20-30 copies a month and that was Hustler, which was always far and away the biggest seller. Perfect 10 had a bit of a niche customer base but they were never a huge seller, and we stopped carrying them around 2004 because we couldn't give them away. I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did...

Honestly as far as magazines go.. I'd rather have it on paper than read it on the computer. I spend so much time on the PC a normal book or mag is kind of like a break.

As far as P10.. well they get what they deserve.

maybe they took a gamble suing google -- hoping for a return infusion of cash. instead they lost precious cash in litigation.

They must have spent all their money suing everyone, and chasing them down across the net for years.

Good riddance.
