uhm...if I'm not mistaking we heard the same story a few years ago...
I do believe that rebills as they are now will go. Visa will come up with some kind of system on wich you need to confirm your membership every month instead of automatic rebilling or will ban the whole rebill thing all together.

We are not the masters of rebilling ,mainstream has us beat by a mile. Ever have a gym membership or a aol account? If Visa said good bye tomorrow, then porn buyers would use another cc or a check.

My guess would be that SMS billing may get bigger at that point, instead of Visa issuing a separate porn-CC.

I think the way rebills are handled will change and visa will make it tougher and tougher for new companies to get merchant accounts, but I don't see Visa just out and out banning paysites, etc.
