    About ePassporte -> PayPal Trades

    Just a little friendly advice.
    ePassporte have a no dispute policy on p2p transfers, don't trade with people you don't know or trust. Scammers will promise you a quick profit but often ends up not sending the funds or you will find out later that the PayPal/ePassporte funds you received were fraudulent.

    If you need a trade there are people with a good reputation that offers it use them instead of someone just registered on the board with 5-10 posts.

                      Why cant all reps be like him?

                      I emailed him last week, got response within 2 minutes (on two occasions)... i never expect such quick response - id be grateful even if i got response within 5 hours from other companies.

                                                                      Michael is limited....at the moment he can't do a @#$!@#$!@# thing for me. Epassporte cancelled my electron card 5 or 6 weeks ago because they believed it might have been "compromised" and said they would mail me out another one right away, I just needed to confirm my address, which I did within 10 minute of the request. After 3 weeks of bitching about no card received Michael informed me that the reason I did not have my card was because I failed to confirm my address as requested and if I gave him my address he would have the card sent out that day. When I pasted him the internal epassporte email showing I did confirm my address, he then told me that my card had actually gone out the week before and the delay in sending was caused by a delay in receiving the card.

                                                                      When it still didn't arrive after another week I again bitched....and I was told that I should be patient. Well, still not here yet....and meanwhile I have a good deal of money sitting in that account with no way to withdraw it.

Now I am being told that for some reason, the post office often takes 3 weeks to deliver the cards....not sure why, not like they are sent in a 50lb box...they are sent in a standard size envelope.

                                                                          They have however offered me a GREAT DEAL!!!! Cancel the card that is somewhere in that 3 week mail delivery system, wait for them to order me a new card and have it given to them...and then PAY $!00 to have it FedEx'd to me. Yes you heard it, they want a flat fee of $100 U.S. to get me my card within 2 months!

                                                                              We were informed by VISA that the card number could be compromised, our policy is that we block the Electron card and issue a replacement for everyone security.
                                                                              I have offered you that we can wire the money to your bank account for no fee but you were not interested in that.

                                                                                  We have a flat fee of $100 for Fedex/UPS delivery of the Electron card no matter your location, some places are more expensive others are cheaper.

                                                                                      Don't lie to the good people Michael. You told me I had to wait until the middle of this week, and then you would cancel the card, and send a wire. It was a package deal and you would not consider it until Wednesday of this week, today is Tuesday...but the catch is you would cancel the card in the mail...and you kept telling me if the card arrived in the mail the next day....too late...it has been cancelled...can't be reactivated...I would have to wait another week for you to get a new card...then wait another 3 weeks or so for it to be delivered or pay $100 to have it FedEx'd.

                                                                                      At no time did you offer to just wire the money...but I have a feeling there would be a catch...like some huge fee to have it wired.

                                                                                              If you don't have the card in Wednesdays mail let me know and we can order a new card for you and send you a wire free of charge.

                                                                                              This would mean you would get the money you need while we issue and send a new card to you. Sometimes mail gets delayed or lost and it takes longer than it should do.
