invasive google ads
Am I the only one that finds those little pesky ads above my gmail inbox to be fucking totally invasive. They use keyword grabs from my own emails and match ads based on words in my emails.
For example: I have an email about camel toes (who doesn't?), and a google ad will appear offering camel riding holidays...what the fuck is up with that??? I am beginning to wonder if google hasnt already taken over the world... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Why is that "invasive" ??
I find them helpful, and have purchased from ads in my Google GMail account. |

Invasive? I call that extremely targetted advertising.

![]() I'm surpsied you see them.
After years on the web, the only ads I see are those who are annoying... Screaming shit like, "No Way" with smileys. Those floating fuckers that come across the screen. The one's who block download links. The FPA that I have to close or click "skip this ad". Not that I would ever buy from them, but I will recognize them. Much like the Microsoft one on the image hosts who keep crashing my browser. ![]() |
