Yep... that one gets me alot. It really sucks when we forget to stock up on Saturdays. At least in some cities down here you can get alcohol at a bar or restaraunt on Sundays, just not from the store. Unfortunately, in the city where I live, you can't buy it ANYWHERE on Sunday.

As far as the next Atlanta gathering, there should be one for September. I think the August one got put aside because of Internext. I'm hoping to convince "the men" to have the next one on a Saturday rather than Sunday. I'd love to be able to let it run into the evening, stay out late and party.

Hell, that's my one "outing" a month. Gotta make the most of it.

LOL I actually like changing planes in ATL coming off the redeye from here. There's a kick ass restaurant that has the best biscuits and gravy I could ever imagine in an airport.

Of course it could be that we dont have them at all in Phoenix so I've lowered my standards...

Hell, in Florida it's illegal to cohabitate with the opposite sex unless married! In other words, you can't have a roommate of the opposite sex...you can't live together as a couple (well...unless it's a same-sex thing) unless married either. Sounds crazy, but it's true.

It's one of those outdated laws that no one bothers challenging and no agancy ever enforces...but it's still on the books none-the-less. I remember about two and a half years ago, the guys at a Daytona radio station...what used to be the Crow, WKRO...they called every law enforcement agency they could think of while on the air and basically said, I am living with my girlfriend, will you come arrest me?

There's a town around here with a law on the books that says women are not allowed to drive (referring to a carriage actually) and NO ONE is to drive on Sundays. Period.

Most of you know that I just started with Natnet here in Georgia, and am now living Downtown Atlanta! Belive me, every state has stupid ass "Blue laws"..

But I have not found many other places that can even truley compare to ATL!

The nightlife is fucking thriving till late in the morning almost any night of the week.. All the nightclubs are open till 4am; except for a few 24/7? yes 24/7 alcohol and parties.. The strip clubs Are Totally nude, (Friction baby!) classy, and fucking hot ass honeys! There is a real reason why laws like this stay on the books. The sodomy laws in particular come in handy in rape and child molestation cases. On CNN today they had an article about some nun that was raped and strangled with her rosary. Since sodomy is illegal there, it gives the cops one more thing to charge this prick with.
