stop dont be a smart ass just STOP what i found funny was when he tried to take the kids camera who took a snap shot but the kid was an idiot and ran ... i always carry my "photographers rights" card (google it ) when i go out w/ my camera :P stays in the camera case

My previous employer has over 10 years of various police departments doing everything from intimidating employees and customers to flat out illegally harassing them on tape. After the shit that I have seen I have ZERO respect for most police departments...

This cop WAS a mental case BUT the only one that was right in the situation was the guy that didnt run.
