    Selling 22 DVD of content, $250 each.

    As an opening special we are selling each one of these dvds so that you can legally rip the DVD and use the video on your own websites. These videos range from 1 upto 4 hours long are are currently the only ones which we will sell and not lease.

                                  No we do not provide copies of the model release forms nor the ID's of the people. Think about that for a minute, woudl you really want everyone who has your pictures/video on their site to have their personal information?

                                  Each Actor/Actress has signed one of these and the original producer of the content and hold the records. However, We can obtain them incase of anything happening were such information is needed.

                                          That isnt true at all.. Maybe if this was an amateur production ( i have done some of it) then yes, but these are mainstream porno DVDS from large well respected studios. I'd llike for you to find these DVDs anywhere for sale, or any mainstream porno dvd with the kind of information/documentation you require.

                                          The only people who need to know real information of the stars are the studios who use them and the law enforcement agencies for possible confirmation of age and whatnot.

                                              I think the reason he wants the documentation and the IDs is just in case a law enforcement agency decides to get up in his grill concerning the vids, he would have no proof, and thus be fucked.

                                              Also, you mentioned that the people in the vids wouldn't want everyone to have their personal information. Generally, the sensitive information is blacked out and the relevant stuff, like name and birthday, is all that remains. Therefore no one has their personal information, just their birthday.

                                                  I dont know how others do it but when i produce content i make sure that i get the girl to bring two photo peices of id and i take a picture of her holding it up, along with making sign the release form.


                                                  Anyways, that information will not be provided with the sales of the DVDs, however, you will receive a license which will protect you in such cases of anything happens, it isnt that the paperwork doesnt exist it is just it isnt provided, the license along with the bill of sale is enough to keep you safe, and the fact that these DVDs are pressed and packed for sale to the general public is another reassurance.

                                                      That is actually incorrect. In reality if you own a site with the pictures or dvd's on them then you should be holding the ID's as well.

                                                      Its a bit of a grey area and most people feel that only the primary producer should have the docs but most lawyers will tell you otherwise.

                                                          Basically, why take the chance when you could very easily just provide jpeg files of the ids. How hard would it be to scan em, black out the sensitive info and include them with the DVD?

                                                                  As i said in previous emails, this isnt stuff i've made myself, or that anyone else has made and the fact that these DVDs are actually in a store, on a shelf, for sale, should basically be enough for you.

                                                                      To a point i can agree with you. However, when you can tell the law enforement agency to go bust the studio who produced it since you have a retail DVD produced in North America.

                                                                      Even if it were my own productioons i wouldnt provide that kind of information, you could pretty much make the product look like your own if you have that kind of documentation.

                                                                          Bah, On each video you buy from us, it DOES have the typical warning which says where the records are kept and who to write to for them, and that all the girls are over the 18, blah blah blah, so if anyone feels they NEED the information from the videos then by all means write to them and get it.

                                                                          I've been streaming DVD's from Legend LLC without any problems and should there ever be a time for me to need these documents all i need to do is refer to them/their record keepers.
