              he's retarded, he wouldn't shut his goddamn mouth and he made it much worse for himself - I guess he thought a complete admission of guilt would get him respect.. I don't respect him.. lol

              One of the players spoke at the hearing and made a poignant speech about how hard it was for him to tell his mother over the phone that he had been accused of rape... this prosecutor is a piece of shit

                  Good, the evidence is what he's supposed to prosecute on and he didn't do that. Not just that, he withheld evidence that would clear those players. I'm glad he was disbarred.

                              Exactly, and even when it was obvious he didn't have enough incrminating evidence to proceed with the prosecution, he let the case drag on for months before finally dropping it.
