Is there a major outtage today?

I can not get to a shitload of sites. As far as I can tell, the problems are all with sites that are hosted on the east coast.

Anybody else having these problems? They started 5 or 10 minutes ago.

I can reach both.

Try it through a proxy and see if you can reach it. That should tell you if your ISP is the problem. Sometimes my ISP has problems and I can't reach certain sites without going through a proxy. I don't know why.

The worst case scenario occurs when GFY is down. Then you can't even post about it being down

Something is wrong... Internet Traffic Report is showing North America in the 20's. It's usually up in the 60's.

http://www.InternetTrafficReport.com/

And look at all those RED 0's next Qwest...

There are reports of ATT outages in NYC and Chicago apparantly. Most likely what you're seeing.

I ran into problems for 10 or 15 minutes, so I know what you are talking about. However, things seem back to normal now. Probably a router issue.
