Hello,

Just curious too what you guys reccomend for a PHP based shopping cart / storefront. I currently am using phpshop (Free), but when I make the move to personal merchant instead of IBill, I would love to change it up into something more full service / professional.

I'd be willing to pay for good software. I am selling tangible products.

I thought I woudl bump up this topic a little and include more details.

I would like to obtain an engine for my site selling tangible products, but no astetic designs or anything. I can change that myself.

It should include:

- Core of PHP and MySQL

- Detailed good administration section, add products, users etc.

- Easy integration with the CC processor I choose. I am familiar with php so I can mod a lot, however I would like everything done except what exact codes to send the data to the cc processor in, as this will change. Stuff like reciept emailing and other things should be included.

- test mode for stuff until I am sure it works.

- NOT storing CC numbers on the site, only usernames

- A detailed affiliate program (using cookies I guess) , which affiliates may signup on their own, get own html code to add to their website, etc. As well, track their stats and orders referred and money coming to them

It should also have a good interface for me that I can just go to, see how much I owe each affiliate, and mail out the cheques, and update them as paid.

- Shipping Status, etc.

Few more things, but most is pretty standard.

Basically I am looking for something like any other online retailer - amazon.com, ncix.ca, etc.... but to also allow affiliate stuff. Shipping status and trackable orders, everything should be included.

If anyone can reccomend any commercial packages as well I would like it.
