From my searches, I found out he owns some celebrity site or sites and has come across as a not so honest guy. I am wondering, by him asking to see the urls that people own, could he be absconding with others content? or ? What is he really up to? That remains the question.

that loser came to panama and he messaged me before coming asking me for a meeting to make some business. he did came and we meet. in that meeting he asked me to do some design work for a huge casino site he owns (according to him) and he offered 50% payment in cash and 50% payment in revenues... so i told him ok give me the 50% cash upfront and let's do it. he runs away so fast that i couldn't even see him going!
next day he was talking to me about some investment on a great saving plan he has... what a scamer!

Seems like his pattern is to contact anyone and find out what they do, (design, programming, sales, traffic, etc...), then try and make some deal with them using their skill for one of his so called projects. Part of his scheme seems to be to get them to do the work first by making wild promises of revenue sharing or befriending them enough in hopes that they trust him to pay them after the work is done. Then after they do some work for him, he conveniently finds a way to not pay them.

He got banned from TNB board a few years ago. A total nutjob. He was supposed to have a "huge" cam network or some such crap.
