I'm also looking for a new monitor. And I have been reading a lot of reviews. And the Samsung 226BW (s-type) seems to be the best monitor

We have 12 of them at the office, great monitors, but they arent the ultra sharp ones. I have 2 of the 20.1" ultrasharps and cant stand to use the non ultra's now, not for any editing anyways.

I had 2 22" Dell's...

It ended up being too much for me so I decided to use one of them for our tradeshow booth and kept one for my office.

Nice monitors though

the dell ultrasharps are nice .. but they also make cheaper products that sell for less. I tend to avoid those.

bottom line, if you want a high quality dell screen, make sure they're the ultrasharp models.. they're built with better parts.

I have their 24... awesome monitor. Im ordering another one to use in portrait view for viewing long sites (just under 1900px) without scrolling down.
