Well, one thing that would settle it is, Kandah scan the document he says he has and post it here. If it was me and I had the document, this would have already been posted to clear my side of the story.

If I was wrong than i could apologize, but as we are all know that the Kandah have bought the content from my partner long time ago and back to that time i was not working with redsexystudio and with Vlad, but now we are partners with Vlad we do bizness togather and i saw that Kandah selling our content that he have bought from us without a re-sell lisense, i used to talk to photoman (my partner) and he told me that Kandah have bought a content from him long time ago without a re-sell rights. So why i was wrong when i Kandah have no rights to re-sell it!!!!

If this is the case, then it looks like Kandah should post the resell contract he says he has. This would solve everything. No need for anymore drama.

The point is a lot of Russian/Ukranian content producers operate without a license as much as they can, which is a business practice that leads to a lot of bullshit later. An ICQ agreement is very tenuous.
