Not smart to unplug the wrong server but this guy isn't too bright either.

I guess I am the not to bright guy as I posted that...

You ever ran a freehost? Run one and you'll see you have to deal with spammers using other servers to spam with. Which is one of those things you deal with when you run a free host but what the hell are you suppose to do when they shut you down for it after taking action to "get my attention".

ya get what ya pay for. though, even with that, it sounds like rackshack is to be avoided. you'd probably be best off going with a provider that you can talk to, let them know what type of business you run and what they can expect. maybe even build them an interface into your freehost to allow them to more easily investigate spam complaints.

this is something you'd never get from rackshack, judging by the conversation and what i've heard, but it doesn't seem that hard to find. there are a billion hosting companies out there.
