Most current "sugar free" items have Sucralose instead of aspartame.

it's just as bad IMHO and I try to stay away from both.

What foods don't have it? Christ man, go to the market and buy yourself some actual real fresh fruit, maybe some real vegetables, and some butcher-cuts of fresh meat. Then hit the bread & cereal aisles for some whole grain UNSWEETENED breads and cereals. Get your peanut butter from a health food store where they grind the peanuts right in front of you with no added anything.

No aspartame in any of that.

Yea man. Ive been reading a lot on this shit as of late and I think I'm going to start shopping at the natural food store. It costs more but fuck, you ever read some of the side effects of this shit?

From all the reading I have found, it looks like Splenda is just as hazardous as Aspartame.

As long as you exercise and eat your sugary foods in moderation you would be ok.

Lots more people are getting cancer much younger than years before. I don't know if it's the radio waves shooting through us or the foods we eat but there is a common denominator that is fucking a lot of us up.

Personally I think it's the artificial sweeteners and preservatives.
