    Anyone know about personal loans? How do I get one?

    I can only find junk about car loans, home loans, and small business loans. How can I get a personal loan? What kinda rate would I be paying and what is the most amount of money they would give me?

          Goto the bank and ask? Seriously...

          My girl gets loans to pay off her credit cards every few months. She runs up her cards, then gets a loan and pays them off in full so she can have alot less interest, lol
          .
