I'm only looking for the VOD sponsors which DON'T require you to sign up and pay $x fee per month; I AM looking for VOD sponsors that allow surfers to go along and pay $x per video viewed with no ongoing charge or anything like that, just like they would if they went to Blockbuster to rent a video.

The ones so far are just "Pay for X minutes" or "Pay $x per month" - are there no VOD providers out there who have a "Pay $x to per movie/clip" model? I'm looking for something like the legal MP3 market, where they have "Pay $x per MP3" but with adult VOD - doesn't anybody provide this?
