WebCamCash (Stroke4U)

Money Tree (Streamen)

I haven't sent much gay traffic to any one site (because I don't have a lot of gay traffic) but Streamen has worked the best for me with Flirt4Free probably second. CameraBoys is fairly new but like other AWE sites it will do well.

As for payouts, etc. you can see the full list, link in Sig.

Edit: I believe Streamen is the only one listed above that doesn't offer Revshare.
