They are pre-measured snack packs that you can get in the cookie aisle, usually. They are 100 calories per package (some are 90) and they have so many to choose from. Right now I have the Lorna Doones, Oreo granola bars, Hershey mini cookies and the Chip Ahoy "crisps". They aren't huge portions or anything but you get a good amount and they are super yummy
