GIF animator programs
Paint Shop Pro has this pretty cool gif animator built in, I had that on one of my old pc's. I got rid of that pc and I'd like to have a program that has the same number of simple gif animation features. I haven't found one after looking for it for months. You know of one? Ulead gif animator is supposed to be the best, but it pretty much sucks, doesn't come close to PSP gif animator.
Any ideas?

I'm really curious about gif animation progs, too!
I find that the file size of Paint Shop Pro Animations is far too large (or: that the compression is beyond what I'm willing to show) - so: anything out there with similar ease of use and better compression (eg: layer animation)???
