how to find a good programmer?
could anyone give a tips on a good place to find a programmer (PHP) online for fulltime employment via telecommute.. and what is the going rate monthly $$ ?

you'll be hardpressed to find a "good" programmer for fulltime online unless it's a really lucrative offer. these "good" programmers you speak of typically already have plenty of clients, and it's a bad decision business wise to cut off your other clients and place all your eggs in one basket by working for you fulltime.

i think what you need to look into is some outsourcing? depending on how ethical your moral are but seeing as you work in the porn buisness your probably not to bothered about things like that! as am i! lol

1st rule, dont hire anyone on this board
2nd, try elance.com or getafreelancer.com 3rd, expect a trial an error period of trying out different developers. Took us awhile to find the right guy but they ARE out there. |
