before size was stock from user uploads. some images could have been anywhere up to 600-800k. nowadays the largest images are probably in the 60k range. another change was starting to use thumbnails where appropriate (earlier versions just scaled down the image using html... out of laziness) so now everything's done properly.Originally posted by Jizzman
