In general we get the incoming payments ( $XXXXX ) from our partners on the 5th day of each month. This month everything has changed. They've already delayed the payment for 3 days...
Although Epassporte confirms the delay and assures us this is just a technical problem on their bank side (!) - it is still a surprise for us.
Are we the only one company here who faced this problem? Is the delay of incoming payments a common thing for Epassporte or just a coincidence?
