My New Peeve - Companies that mimic govt. agencies(IRS,CIA,FBI,etc)
If your company initials mimic a govt agency, such as FBI, CIA, DEA, IRS, etc... Your are simply a retard and I won't be doing business with you on principal...

There's a few around, the reason for the new peeve is a advertisement from a accounting firm in the mail today that calls themselves the IRS...
