Have to reformat my laptop and outlook is too bulky, signed up for pay yahoo but its too fucking slow. So open to other ideas

Thunderbird works like a charm for me... specially if you need to handle multiple Gmail accounts.

I leave everything on my server and use Squirrel Mail. I like being able to access my past emails regardless of where I am and everything is backed up.

After switching to Thunderbird, I wish I could have all those hours I wasted deleting spam in Outlook Express back. Microsoft has stolen too many hours of my life.
