how can I install the latest directx on a computer with no internet connection?
Microshit is giving me no option to do so

Download it with a computer with a internet connection, then transfer it via cd/dvd/thumbdrive. Download the latest version here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en Alternatively, have a piece of software/game that has the latest version of Direct X available on the disc and try installing it from there.
