A lot of people might not like Legendary but if you've ever been on Adult Friend Finder you'd be surprised at how many gold accounts are made by people. I'm starting to think that a "bro" is actually a bad thing these days, because lately I hear it most when someone offends someone else, and they come back with "you really need to be careful what you say bro" or "Are you sure you want to go this route bro?" and so on.
It's becoming this this term to call someone that you are giving a warning to, that should they not kiss your ass in the next 5 minutes, they'll risk losing their bro status.
