oh man, my mom about 1 1/2 months ago went to a matress place to buy some matress's and the house thats being built isnt done yet so she told the guy if he could hold them until the house was done and he said sure, well my mom had to sign papers so he could proccess her credit card and charge them on it, then deliver them, well they had it setup where he wuldnt make her sign the paper until they got ready to deliver when the house was done, so yesterday he calls my mom and says why didn't you make it yesterday to sign the papers, we were supposed to deliver yesterday and my mom says im so sorry i will go tomorrow but my house isnt done and the guy goes oh, well i signed your name and gave them the ok to deliver it and my mom said so you just signed my name on some papers without my permission, ill talk to you tomorrow and hung up. she is going to tell the guy she is not buying the mattress's and wants a refund, and she is going to record it incase he decides not to give her a refund, what type of trouble can he get in for this?

He could get in huge trouble. Have her contact the Better Business Bureau now, they should be able to help, up to and including making sure he is charged with any appropriate crimes.

i went with her, she gave him a peice of her mind, got her 5k back and then she was just going to let him go but then when we were leavign he says if they call you, please tell them that you just didnt want them anymore and she goes you know what, let me talk to your supervisor and she did and he got fired. he tried telling her some bullshit story how hes been a matress salesman for 31 years and he has a family to feed and my mom just said to shove it up his ass so. but the thing is when we walked in there the fat fucker played it off as cool, as if he did nothing wrong.icq: 2721653Comment
