I barely survived a massage by Anthony, I couldn't imagine a fight.

Hey Anth, miss you man. Good news - I quit drinking :) Shaping up my life bro. Hope to see you in August.

First of all, the comment about JFK snapping 3 pics while Ramos is being tossed his direction was funny.

Sometimes you gotta throw someone across a room to get your point across.

They hugged it out afterwards, all good.

For those manly men, nothing feels better then to lift a dude and throw him.

I've thrown King Adam many times. Always a good time.

CDSmith 06-04-2007 09:55 AM

They should make dwarf-tossing legal for every convention.

This is true. DMizzle does throw me around when we get into drunk battles but once in awhile I get leverage and surprise him.

As the years go, there will be more times that I kick your ass.:1orglaugh

It varies from state to state.

(at least the ones where dwarf-tossing is illegal)

The way he presents himself on the boards (and shows) says enough. You dont have to meet him to know what a fucking idiot he is.

Yes, I am sure this is quite true. Just like Japan thought it was a good idea to attack Pearl Harbor, the reality of the situation proved to be much different.

For the record Anthony made me tapout like a lil bitch at the SEX.COM Mansion a few years back.

I don't usually talk shit to people who are bigger and more skilled in street fighting than I am - while I took Jeet Kun Do years ago, Anthony is no match for it- his Gracie style is slick and his grappling is awesome.

Ramos- please do yourself a favor and learn from this event- I think you have great potential to make something of yourself in this business if you clean up and don't drink at shows. There is nothing worse than wasted potential, and this is coming from a friend.

I like both parties involved here and it's a shame it had to happen- but things DO happen for a reason.

:)

U guys may be throwing each other around the room and groping testicles...but pound for pound you know who the Psycho fighter of the family is....could it be the guy who threw a 3 ft ceramic pot at your head?

I'll see if I can arrange it in my schedule. Btw, I checked out http://americantopteam.com/fighters.php and didn't see anyone named Anthony listed there. I even saw a couple chicks....but no Anthony.

I don't doubt that you train there, but do you think there's a reason why you're not listed there?

I also know that most real MMA fighters avoid physical confrontation outisde of the ring/octagon at all costs. Funny how I read stories about you getting into it with someone that you apparently outweigh by 80+ lbs.

I'm not listed there because I'm not a professional fighter. Just because I train in MMA, does not mean I won't defend myself.

I don't care who the fuck you think you are, I'll let you push me around buddy buddy like, that doesn't harm me one bit, but the first second you square up to me and start bouncing like you're gonna throw a punch...

All bets are off, and you will find yourself on the floor asking what the fuck just happened.

Little birdie already told me you are a fake account, and who you actually are, don't you think you got embarrased enough in this thread?

Your a fuckin tool. Lay your hands on anyone, at anytime, you should be prepared for the consequences of you actions. Sounds more like someone got cocky, tried to step up but couldn't actually man up.
I'm 150 pounds, does that mean I should be able to cock off to someone 350 because they should just turn the other cheek? Bullshit, sometimes a punch in the head can make you a better person. It's not like Anthony layed him out then proceeded to stomp a mudhole in him. :2 cents:
And thinking he doesn't train there because he's not on the website... your logic is flawed sir. :helpme

I don't really want to get involved here, but in Ramos' defense, Pete does exist and is a good friend of mine. He has a pic attached to his account over on another board.

I also tend to agree with him about MMA fighters not getting into physical altercations outside of an organized situation. Aside from it potentially sending the wrong message about what MMA is all about, a trained fighter that gets into a physical confrontation on the street can bring some serious charges upon themselves including felonious assault w/ other associated charges. Most tend to want to stay away from that.

The only other thing I'll say is that after reading this thread, I've heard both sides of the story and they differ....greatly.

I wasn't there, but you know what they say....there's always 3 sides to a story, your version, his version and the truth.

I hope you guys worked it out so that it doesn't happen again.

TDF 06-04-2007 01:30 PM

the only way this doesnt happen is...dont drink again

Right. A drunk who gets into a physical confrontation on the street can also bring some serious charges upon themselves including felonious assault w/ other associated charges.

I decided not to press charges after all assault and battery done on my person, are you saying I should press charges? I took a good 30 minutes of being pushed around before I felt I was going to be attacked with malice.

Ramos and I already talked this out, when I asked him do you remember what happened last night. It was buried right there, but your boy "Violent Pete", wants to start shit again.

It's done for me. End of story.

Umm Anyone can have felony assualt charges brought against them

:1orglaugh

Lance69 06-04-2007 01:41 PM

Many sides to every story but I don't see Ramos anywhere around to clarify anything. And I'll say it again if you are gonna step up to someone and make them think you actually want to do them harm; be prepared to face the consequences.

You missed my point there fella. If you are a trained fighter the law looks at you differenly than a person who isn't. A trained fighter is looked upon by the law as a deadly weapon against someone who isn't. The charges could be more serious, like assault w/ a deadly weapon, etc...instead of simple assault.

Anthony understood what I was talking about.

The law would also take into consideration a backround check, no felonies, no misdeamnors, sober, lucid, and in control of my faculties. Having a concealed weapons permit also puts me in a positive light with them. Considering that Florida's law on self defense with a firearm is quite black and white, and in my favor.

Alot of variables, and in this case, no one was seriously injured, thankfully.
