There have been quite a few other cases just like this, mostly based on alleged zoning violations.

true, probably the modus operandi of many (most) amateur sites.

probably the reason an investigation started is not because of what they do, but because they apparently ripped off a disgruntled surfer.

moral of the story, if you put up a shingle to provide a service, provide the fucking service (no pun intended).
