    Monitoring remote worker activity

    I will be hiring some fulltime offshore administrators and want to monitor their computer activity.

    Are there any programs that can track the mouse and keyboard activity and then auto update a database or send emails of the mouse mileage or something similar?

                      I hired a couple of Filipinos last year and they have a reputation for being at work but also saying they are working full time for you. So I need some checks in place.

                      logmein.com has a free solution for remote access (and therefore viewing), but I can't spend all day logged into their PC. Or can I? Hmm... Would logmein.com time out if it was permanently plugged in?
