all you need is 5 ppl to file a class action suit. I have a lawyer that practices in california. with all the money this guy has ripped people off for, he has assets to seize and put liens on.

very simple, if he fucked you over post here with contact info ( email and IM )

ill handle the rest

We both know in any class action, the lawyers get the biggest cut of any funds received. I'd go solo for any claims against him.

if he's still not delivered by then, i might post in here but that is not becasue of the lawsuit, just to help others NOT TO get into the same problem.

he promised me ALL DAY long that he would pay me by 3pm. he is claiming now his disease is affecting him and needs to go to the hospital. his GF is in a coma, and he cant raise all the money.
