when i work out (doing sets of 10) i'm doing about 70-80KG

the max i ever tried was 130KG and i did it only once...

All this talk of excercise is making me tired.

I'm lucky if I can build up the energy to drag my lazy ass in to work everyday. I'm about a deuce and a half, so believe me it takes some energy to get me going. I sometimes leave a redbull and some vodka by the bed to help get me up.

When I come home I have a pre-sleep nap, then it's off to bed only to try to do it all over again.

I'll start excercising one of these days. Maybe tomorrow.

When you've got nearly 700 lbs on your back, the proper way to spot is to hug from behind. It looks gay, but if I was to lose it (usually forward), someone needs to be there to keep me from snapping my spine..
