Of course I'm not as big or strong anymore but as Kman can attest to, I still move enough weight in the gym to make people stop and watch. ;-) |

When you've got nearly 700 lbs on your back, the proper way to spot is to hug from behind. It looks gay, but if I was to lose it (usually forward), someone needs to be there to keep me from snapping my spine..
