Lycos gives you 5 free per day but they are the crap SMS service based ones ie not guaranteed to go through within an hour. Some messages take 3,4 sometimes 5 hours to be recieved.

actually try mtnsms they are cool but it all depends on what network and country it is going to.

im using vb to send sms's with..
there is no simple api to send a sms message on icq like there is for sending a normal message.. so anyone have any?
