    Anyone know where the JuggCash Crew can be found?

    I've emailed and icq'd every Juggcash support person I know of.

    Promo days are upon us and it doesn't appear to me that the nats codes are following through from links onto sites for Pornstars Like It Big and Racks and Blacks.

    Subsequently stats aren't reflecting any clicks to those two sites.

              Tried that icq already (cheeks I believe) and the others also. Emailed them too (three addresses) from both my main email addy and my personal one.

              Frustrating. It's 1am East Coast on a promo day.

                  I feel for you... I've got 3 different guys over there on ICQ and still have a hell of a time getting any of them to ever respond to me. All of them are either offline or NA right now.

                                          It happens with other programs, too, but as long as it's the 8th position or anything behind this, it surely doesn't mess with your affiliate ID which is encoded in the first 5 (or 7, not sure about it) positions.

                                              Yeah, that's annoying. I imagine they'll explain that anomaly just as soon as they complete their REM sleeping cycles.

                                                  Hope that's the case..

                                                  The original issue with PLIB and RnB are totally different codes rather than just variations.

                                                  (trying to will someone to wake up and check their emails and icq)

                                                          It looks like all the links are doing it in order to register "Bonus" payouts... i.e. if you test the unencoded links, what you'll notice is that part of the code might be PPS and it's getting changed to BonusPPS when it hits the site.. So maybe we should be looking for links that AREN'T changing..

                                                                      Yep... Looks like they're messed up... I don't push racksandblacks much but I had clicks on the 29th... looks like sometime on teh 30th it got fucked up... And I haven't started promoting the new site yet so don't have any clicks to see when it was screwed up. Guess they're going to have to do another promo since half the promo day will be screwed up.

                                                                                      We had some issues with the way the promo was setup on some of the sites ( PLIB and RAB), all issues have now been resolved. We will cross reference all data we have and credit any sale that wasnt properly credited.

                                                                                      The issue was due to the fact that we enabled the promo day without adding PLIB and Racks to the promo programs. All refcode changes are normal tho, as we redirect the links to the promo program( higher payout ) .

                                                                                      Also , this issue arised at 1AM , we were all sleeping at that time, thus why nobody was answering. We will however strongly consider implementing a 24 hour support system, in order to avoid a similar situation from repeating itself.
