NOW the WAYBACKMACHINE PROVES THAT I DID NOT CHEAT!

No, there was never a "agreement"... I sent 20,000+ clickthroughs -- AND followed the rules. Read the Terms and Conditions -- BRAD SHAW OWES ME STILL!

As you see I wasn't paid for May... and now we have proof that my site was following the terms and conditions EXACTLY:

I think the real reason that I wasn't paid was Brad Shaw probably was afraid that Lensman was going to sue his ass for the Amateur Beaver site (an exact copy of AmateurPages.com) -- and this is probably why he decided not to pay webmasters -- because he was about to close down the program -- which he eventually did shortly after. I wasn't the only webmaster that he tried to cheat out of payment!!!!!!!!

No, he owed me about $1000+ for May but I was only paid for 4 signups instead... He said well I can only pay you for the 4 signups that I sent (which I know is bullshit because I didn't convert at 1:4000)... BESIDES if you read the TOS, I should have been paid at $.04 if I was worse than 1:800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FROM THE TOS:

"If your ratio drops below 1:800 you payout rate will be dropped down to 4 cents a hit. "

SO EVEN IF I DID CONVERT AT 1:4000 he still should have paid me $800-$120 that he paid me so he owes me AT LEAST $680!!!

That should just about cover the stereo system I bought today ;)

I thought this would be a good time to mention that KIMMYKIM is a new member of the bradshaw klan, and i recall her mentioning in a thread from lightspeed about the ibill crap she mentioned that she would rather loose her house than jack a webmaster for his money he earned or something like that. now in her defense she has not been with shaw internet for that long, but she is now obligated to deal witht his issue now? or am i wrong by thinking she is 'webmaster support' for shaw internet now?

WTF kind of nonsense is this?

If anyone here wonders why the fuck I am such a bitch and have no pity on cheaters here's a prime example.

1. I like Pete -- the Fly --

2. I recalled him stating on this board MONTHS before I ever left CCBill and went to work with Brad, that he felt he was owed some money.

3. At the time he was asking, apparently no one decided to pay him. I didn't even know his last name so hey, how would I know how to look up the account records?

4. I thought, why not be nice about it, I know Pete isnt expecting the money at this point, get his account number from him and have a look at it. If you can find enough to support his point, great. If not, at least you had a look at it so he's definitely not owed anything.

5. So I get this email today -- forever and a day after he sent me the one from IA, which I haven't had time to research, nor did it sound like he cared what day I started researching it, since he hadn't been paid, and may or may not be entitled to any money --

So of course I sent him a nice reply, which he's welcome to post on this board if he likes.

Of course the moronic way he decided to handle this makes me wonder about his sanity, but hey I figured he just had a bit too much fun over the weekend and is either still enjoying it or wishing he hadn't had so much fun last nite.

This is money from 2 years ago, I've never seen a sponsor come back and say hey, let me take a look at what happened, so of course I've never seen one get slapped in the head for trying to be nice for it either.
