It's probably because you have "you tube" in your search criteria.

For a "music video" search, the only youtube result on page 1 is a sponsored link:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...eo&btnG=Search

It's a great improvement over the standard search results and a great reason to move into cross marketing of Google products and receive even more traffic for your efforts.

go two pages deep. it is on the second page.

i've seen youtube serps not related to keyword "youtube"

Google is now incorporating other types of media/web sites into search results, go check the SEO sites for the discussions about it.

It's called Universal Search:
